Los Angeles Rams

Among the relevant trends here, the Rams are 28-22-2 against the spread (ATS) over the last three-plus seasons. That’s $380 from a straight $110 bet. In that period, Los Angeles posted solid ATS marks when playing on the road (14-11,¬† $180), facing an NFC opponent (23-15-1, $650) and serving as the betting favorite (23-18-2,¬† $320).

On the flip side, for the month of October, dating back to 2018, the Rams have yielded sluggish ATS tallies involving overall record (6-7,minus-$170), playing on the road (4-3, $70), encountering an NFC opponent (5-6, minus-$160) and representing the betting favorite (5-7, minus-$270).

After four weeks of 2021 play, the Rams offense ranks fourth overall in passing offense (averaging 298.8 yards per week), sixth in scoring offense (28.8 points per game), 10th in total offense (391.3 yards per week) and 23rd in rushing offense, averaging 93.0 ground yards per game.

Seattle Seahawks

Among the relevant trends, the Seahawks have tallied positive ATS marks over the last three-plus seasons. For that period, the club has a 26-23-3 overall ATS record ($70), 13-11-1 mark at home ($70) and 10-4 record as the betting underdog ($560).

Also, as the underdog for October-only games since 2018, Seattle has a perfect 4-0 mark ($400).

Four weeks into the 2021 season, the Seahawks offense ranks 10th in scoring offense (25.8 points per game), 17th in passing offense (averaging 243.3 yards per week), 18th in rushing offense (107.0 ground yards per game) and 19th in total offense (averaging 350.3 scrimmage yards per week).

Total Trends

The Rams have eclipsed the Over in just 15 of their last 36 games dating back to the 2019 season (minus-$810), although it’s also worth noting Los Angeles has a 4-0 mark this year with the Over ($400). The Seahawks own a 16-19-1 record with the Over during the same span of regular-season games (minus-$490). All combined, that’s a 31-40-1 track record with the Over (minus-$1300 or, if betting the Under, plus-$590).

In other notable trends, Los Angeles has a 9-1 ATS record in its last 10 games when scoring fewer than 21 points the previous week ($790). Conversely, the Rams are 1-7 with the Over for their last eight games played during October (minus-$670).

Seattle sports an 8-0 record with the Under in its last eight games of being moneyline underdogs of less than +150 versus NFC West teams ($800). However, the Seahawks are also 2-8 with the Under, when charting their last 10 games of an opponent averaging at least four red-zone possessions on the season (minus-$680).
